There are some particular food that are not recommended (actually prohibited) in this disease. Some of the prohibited food includes sour things like curd, fried food items, pulses and various preparations of pulses.

  • Bitter vegetables such as drumstick, neem flowers and bitter gourd
  • Wheat is more useful than rice [refined wheat or maida (flour) and suji (semolina) must be avoided]
  • Milk, steamed vegetables, sprouts and whole wheat bread

  • Keep comfortable posture, while reading as well as writing
